Better start training now! This year, on Saturday, July 25 at 8 p.m., will the second annual Crystal City Twilighter 5K in Arlington, VA. Forget about the huffing and puffing. This will be a friendly, flat course–and there will be an after party. And you can freshen up before the fiesta with free showers and amenities offered by Sport & Health. If imbibing a few beers after a great run is not really your scene, the Crystal City Business Improvement District will also be offering a free showing of the movie “Twilight”.
There is an entry fee of $35 dollars but you get a free t-shirt. Cash prizes are available for the top runners in their age groups.
